Who We Are Red Scissors Alliance (RSA) is the first Fellowship Program of Tikkun Direct (website coming soon), a new organization dedicated to inspiring youth activism and leadership towards the eradication of world poverty. What We Do RSA was established to create an alliance between impoverished communities and individuals looking to right the injustices perpetrated on the world's poor. In October, 2007, two recent college graduates, Sarah Jebrock and Ezra Fox, became the first RSA Fellows. They traveled to Mexico and Costa Rica to research microfinance and aid opportunities, and returned with the passion and knowledge to make a difference in impoverished communities abroad.
